Designed as a televised game show experience, teams compete in an elimination-format series for prizes awarded at the conclusion of the season,  all in an exclusive studio atmosphere with food, drinks, and entertainment.

This is not a casual game night or is it gambling. This is competition, culture, and cameras.

Who Can Participate in Spades After Dark?

Spades After Dark™ is a professionally produced spades tournament series where selected teams compete on camera in a structured, multi-round format. The show blends strategic gameplay, personality-driven moments, and live audience energy into a binge-worthy television experience.

Each episode features:

• Tournament-style spades gameplay

• Team introductions and on-camera interviews

• Elimination rounds leading to a season finale

• Live studio audience atmosphere

• Food and alcoholic beverages available for purchase

Winning teams receive prizes awarded by Shauni B Media & Production at the end of the series.

How Does Spades After Dark Work?

Spades After Dark is open to:

• Teams of 2 players

• Casting call to pair Solo Players.

• Participants 21 years or older

• Players who understand spades rules

• Individuals comfortable being filmed

• Competitive and respectful contestants

All contestants must sign an appearance release and follow production rules.

Spades Tournament Atlanta works by:

• Teams register through an online application

• Selected teams are confirmed by production

• Contestants pay only a $75 TEAM entry fee. That's $37.50 Per Person. Less than a date night

• Teams compete in a bracket-style spades competition

• Winners receive cash prizes

Gameplay is filmed as part of a professional TV-style production

What Are the Prizes?

• Prizes are awarded at the conclusion of the tournament series

• First- and second-place teams are recognized and awarded cash prizes

• Prize details are disclosed prior to series start

• All prizes are provided and awarded by production

• Prize structures may vary by season or series

How the Draft Works:

• Register as a Free Agent: Fill out our player profile to tell us your playing style.

• Come to the Solo Casting Call.

• Get Matched: We pair you with a compatible partner based on skill level and "Trash Talk" rating.

• Split the Cost: Once paired, you only pay your half of the registration ($37.50).

Is the entry fee refundable?

No. Entry fees are non-refundable once confirmed

Can I sign up alone?

Yes you can sign up alone and we will cast you with a partner. Teams must consist of two players, however we will have a casting call to bring single players together to find a partner.

Is it $75 per person?

No. Registration is $75 per team. If you are a solo player joining our Matchmaking Draft, you are only responsible for your half ($37.50) once you have been successfully paired with a partner.
